Hello Welcome to Amazing Grace Baptist Church Website. Were excited that you have taken a moment to check us out. Amazing Grace Baptist Church is a new church plant in Cumming, Georgia. Ministry is at the heart of our church. We have found that being a part of other peoples lives through serving, teaching, giving, and lending a hand is what makes us different. We have ministries that reach out to the community to help others and not just ourselves. Some of our ministries are: Food & Clothing Ministry (for the poor & homeless) Sign Language Ministry Spanish Ministry Hospital Ministry Outreach Ministry New move-ins Ministry "Up-Cumming Teens" Ministry "Helping-hands" Ministry No Matter what your age, no matter where you come from, no matter who you are, there is a place for you at Amazing Grace Baptist Church. There's a lot to look at so you may want to make us a favorite or at least that is what we hope. Our church plant started May 25, 2007. We felt the need to start a new church in Cumming Georgia. It is true that there are a lot of churches already in this area, but very few are getting the job done of truly helping people where it matters the most. We are an Independent Fundamental Baptist Church. The area in Cumming Georgia is the fastest growing county in Georgia, and is growing at a 6% rate per year. There are over 140,000 residents in Cumming, and only about three good IFBC here. Therefore, there is certainly room for at least one more. My wife, Beth and I have been serving our Lord and Saviour for 25 years together. We have served in different capacities such as assistant pastor, youth pastor, youth workers, secretarial, janitor, grounds man, bus driver, editor, and in other areas within these listed here. Have we been perfect? No. Could we have done more? Yes. These things we admit too. We are just sinners saved by God’s grace. God called me many years ago to be in full time ministry when I was a teenager but I didn’t obey Him. About four years ago God graciously spoke to me a second time. I surrendered to his will, left my twenty year locksmith business in South Carolina and moved to the Atlanta area. We have a heart that is willing to serve Jesus for the rest of our lives. Our desire is to build a church in Cumming, Georgia. At this time there is just a hand full of people, but that doesn’t matter. 	What We Believe We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, and it is our final authority in all matters. We believe in teaching “no other doctrine”, like Paul told Timothy, and that is our stand. We stand on God’s Word and not man ideas or “scholarship.” We make no apology for our stand. We are an old fashion Independent Fundamental Baptist Church. 	SALVATION Our goal and message is to share with you that the Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins, because you could not die for your own. We are all born sinners, and are on our way to hell, unless we repent and accept the work of Christ at Calvary totally to save us, nothing more and nothing less. Outside of Jesus we have no hope of eternal life. If you were to die right now, do you know if you would go to heaven? If not please go to our “Salvation” tab and read. Thanks.
	Future & Present Ministries This page is dedicated to the present and future ministries of our church. We are always open to consider new avenues of ministry. Our main goal in all of our ministries is to reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
	Missionary-Garden City Resue Mission The "Garden City Resue Mission" is the first missionary that we have taken on here at Amazing Grace Baptist Church. The mission for the homeless is located in Augusta, Georgia. Please check out the "tab" for more information about the work going on there, and please view their website.
