This position is only for a man, according to The Word of God found in I Timothy 3, and in Titus 1, along with other places. He must also meet these qualifications mentioned in these chapters. He does not have to be perfect, just “blameless.” It goes without saying that first of all he has to be saved and baptized Scripturally. He also has to believe that the King James Version is the Word of God, that it is without error, and does not need to be corrected or to be updated. If you are shaky on this issue don’t contact me and waste my time or yours, I want give. You will be my right hand man for whatever I need. At the same time you will be given responsibilities that you will be responsible for, such as: overseeing others on staff, teaching, preaching when asked, soul winning, bus ministry, etc. You may have noticed that I didn’t mention education, which is done so on purpose. I really don’t care about your education. What I am concern with is your stand on the Word of God and music, your salvation, your love for God and His Word, have you lost your first love God, your love for the lost, your submissiveness, your prayer life, can you follow the leader, are you two faced, can you keep your mouth shut, can you be trusted, are you a racist, are you afraid of hard work, your habits, do you have self control, your goals, your character, etc. I don’t care if you know Greek and Hebrew forwards and backwards. I’ve seen and read after those men, and they couldn’t win a lost man in hell if given the chance. Most people who go to college now are “brainwashed” to believe that the Bible has errors, that Contemporary Music is okay, that it’s wrong to be “preachy”, that we can build a church by working in the community like picking up paper and cutting grass, that old fashion soul winning wont work, that the name Baptist should be taken off the sign, that we should all just get along, that we should turn our hell fire and brimstone preaching into positive speeches , that preaching should be turned into worship services, that we should not have Sunday night services, that all music is neutral, that the earth is million of years old, that spanking your children is being cruel, that we should become like the world to win them, that women should be preachers and deacons, that women can dress anyway they want, that homosexuals can serve in the church, that God only looks at the heart, etc. All of that is hogwash. These are doctrines of the world and of hell. I think it’s pretty clear what I am looking for: a man of God that is saved and not ashamed of it, a deep commitment and determination to win the lost from going to hell, a King James Bible defender, a hell fire and brimstone, Independent Fundamental Baptist Preacher.
