Death at Ball Game
A 25-year-old man of Cumming, Georgia fell down a stairwell at Turner Field during an Atlanta Braves ballgame on May 22, 2008. Justin suffered from head injuries after falling about 150 feet from the club level to the landing on the field level. Alcohol is believed to be the case. According to the Atlanta Police department Hayes may have been sliding down the hand rails when he fell. A statement was issued by the Braves Thursday saying, "The Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Police Department are investigating the tragic accident that resulted in the death of a 25-year old male fan at last night's game." "Our sincerest and heartfelt condolences go out to his family."

Once again we have what the Atlanta Braves call an “accident.” It is no accident that you can buy beer at this game. It is no accident that alcohol is legal in Georgia. It is no accident that alcohol is legal in America. It is no accident that Justin got drunk and did two things that were stupid. Alcohol is killing those who drink and even those who don’t. When will we stop this “accident” from happening again?
